Hi, we're Kristian and Sophia, the husband-and-wife team behind Raw Milk & Honey.
Our story began as teenage sweethearts and has grown into a family of five, a shared passion for natural living, and a business built around what we believe in.
After years of struggling with her health, Sophia began questioning conventional advice and exploring a more ancestral approach to living. That journey changed everything for our family.
Today, we share carefully chosen wholefood, unadulterated and non-synthetic products that reflect our values, hoping to inspire others to ask questions, reconnect with nature and discover their own path to wellbeing.

We carefully select products that align with our values around traditional nourishment, simple ingredients and a more natural way of living. We look closely at ingredients, sourcing and how products are made, and only stock products we genuinely feel good about offering to our own family.
